Junior Pre-Season Football League

The Junior Pre-Season Football League is an opportunity for Boys and Girls aged between 7 and 14 to play 5 aside Summer Football and get a great start to the Winter Season coming up in April.

Small sided games improve Sharpness, Ball Skills and Concentration and are an easy way back into football mode from summer sports.

Games are played at the same location and time each week with referees provided making it simple for players to organise and manage their own teams.
Venue – Fraser Park. Taita Drive Lower Hutt
Grades – All junior grades are Open for any Teams or Individual Players looking for a team (boys and girls).

J7/8th grade (start time Wed 4:25pm), J9/10th Grade (start time Wed 5:00pm,Thu 4:25pm), J11/12th Grade (start time Thu 5:00pm) , J13/14th Grade (start time Thu 5:30pm)

  • Games are 2 x 15 minute halves.
  • RULES...
  • Team numbers - 5 aside, max. 8 players per team per game, Rolling Subs
  • Referees Provided.
  • COSTS - Individual Player - $45 Including Uniform (Shirt,Shorts)
  • COSTS - Team - $95
  • League Format is 6 x Round Robin Games plus Final.

Culture Kicks 2010

With just over two months to go to the World Cup in South Africa, the city will be buzzing with enthusiasm for the beautiful game and the All White’s chances. Now the only question is – who’s going to be the next Rory Fallon?

Five-a-side teams representing countries and cultures from all over the world will battle it out for a chance to take the 2010 trophy to a backdrop of drumming, dance and anthems sung throughout the day. A festival day not to be missed.

Sunday March 28th 2010 at Martin Luckie Park, Berhampore.
